She has served as SVP of Engineering at Replicated, VP of Engineering at Netlify, and Director of Engineering at GitLab. With a proven track record of scaling teams, driving engineering excellence, and building high-performing organizations, Dalia is also recognized for her leadership in engineering metrics and productivity measurement, making her a perfect fit for Instabug’s data-driven approach to mobile observability.
