We added one more survey type! You can now create NPS surveys through Instabug to measure your customers' loyalty and satisfaction. Identify detractors and engage with them to improve their experience or ask promoters to rate your app.
You can track any NPS campaign that you created by checking the score and comment sent to you by each user as well as the overall score of the campaign.
